Data Access & Deletion Requests

Under California privacy law (CCPA/CPRA) and our own commitment to data portability, you have the right to request a copy of your data or request its deletion. To make a request:

  1. Email hello@eldernex.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Include "Data Access Request" or "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
  3. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
