3. What We Don't Use

ElderNex does not use:

  • Third-party advertising cookies — we do not serve ads or use ad tracking.
  • Cross-site tracking — we do not track your activity across other websites.
  • Social media tracking pixels — we do not embed Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar trackers.
  • Fingerprinting — we do not use browser fingerprinting techniques.

4. Managing Cookies & Local Storage

You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings:

  • Cookies: Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies through the Settings or Privacy menu. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in.
  • Local storage: You can clear local storage through your browser's Developer Tools (Application tab) or by clearing browsing data. This will reset your chat history and preferences.

Clearing cookies or local storage will not delete your account or care data, which is stored securely on our servers.
